Feeling Emotional And Anxious Use EFT To Solve Your Problems
Author : Mercedes Oestermann van Essen
When you get out of bed with that uneasy feeling in your stomach and your inner talk is negative you are guaranteed to have just such a day
I don’t care how much self development work you do, you will always have some days when things are not going your way and the world seems on top of you The recent pervasive negativity has made it extra challenging to stay out of the collective fear and panick that is challenging us from every angle
We all can do with a boost to our problem solving abilities and it pays to remind ourselves that all the fear and worry is created inside ourselves What you focus on you get, It really is as simple as all that
One of the main keys to good problems solving is your ability to keep your negative emotions and feelings in check and you can do this by not reacting to them Of course, for many this idea is just utopia, because most of us are so wrapped up in our emotions that we believe we cannot control them
However, every time you look at a problem that you believe you cannot solve you are looking in the mirror of an unresolved mental block Your problem is your mind reacting to some old unresolved issue that is lurking deep inside your subconscious mind and this is telling your conscious mind that you may not have the answer to your problem Such incorect assumptions are an illusion though
Fortunately, what your mind is telling you is rubbish The reason you cannot find the answer is simply because you are focusing on the wrong thing and this creates fear and anxiety in its wake
You see, your problems are an illusion caused by your brain forming incorrect neuro associations If you have had a lot of early life trauma, and this means anything traumatic happening in your life before seven years of age you may find it more difficult to get into problem solving mode since your mind flashes up warning signs of impending danger every time a so called problem is on the horizon
Your mind takes in millions of different pieces of information in every moment and only between 25 to 40 of those pieces of information ever reach your conscious mind In other words, you are running on automatic pilot most of the time This works fine as long as all the old memory folders and past events are stored in the correct order You will react with stress and fear though if these folders are in the wrong place and you begin to panick because you fear that there is no solution to your problem
Energy techniques, like EFT and in particular Micro EFT are great tools to change your mental state quickly and release old incorrect programming in very quick time You can do Micro EFT in less than a minute It works similar to taking a few homeopathic drops every hour or so Micro input gets you macro results Provided you use it several times throught the day you will get answers to your problems, because you are gradually reducing the anxiety that has created them in he first place Before you know it, probably when you have stopped thinking about your problem the answer will appear Practicing to let go is the real secret to problem solving and a skill you should develop
Once you have practiced for a little while you can make problem solving child’s play

Five Minutes To Financial Freedom Yes It Can Be Done Here Is How
Author : Mercedes Oestermann van Essen
If you are sceptical about bold claims like the above I don’t blame you You are probably wondering how anyone can get themselves out of a financial mess which probably took many years to get into? Your scepticism is justified, but wrong
Let me explain: When you do not make headway with financial issues it is not so much due to outside circumstances that are out of your control, but something you are doing inside of your head that makes you miss opportunities or go for the wrong jobs, or business partners Your mind will lead you to doing the wrong things This is the bottom line in a nutshell
So let us hone in a bit more: If you have money problems, you are consistently doing something or even several things that stop you from breaking out of the poverty trap or just moving on to the next level Maybe for you this means getting rid of the mortgage and credit card bills, building residual income or retiring with a decent amount of capital
Yes, you can still do all of these things, even in this climate However, if you are falling into the trap of the victim mindset and believe that you are helpless you will not succeed You see, learned helplessness is one of the biggest traps that stop us from getting out of a fix and make better lives for ourselves
So what must you do to move beyond your present financial trap? It starts with realising for yourself that there is something you are doing right now and you probably have been doing all your life that keeps you trapped in your present circumstances Maybe your financial fortunes are up and down? One year you have plenty of money only to lose it all and struggling like mad for several years until you are financially secure again
This pattern often indicates lack of self worth and self esteem issues as you may feel at a very deep subconscious level that you are not worthy of financial success and financial abundance Perhaps you have a belief that the good things in life, like prosperity are hard to come by, that you need to be very intelligent and lucky to get the financial freedom you admire in other successful people
Not so None of this is true You can change your mindset simply by doing a few small things every day, and yes, it takes only five m minutes Your mindset will soon change from poverty consciousness to prosperity consciousness
How can I say this with such certainty? Because I have been there, done it and got the t-shirt so to speak I am not sitting here writing all this because there is a credit crunch out there and it is a good subject to write about Far from it I have been there and am walking my talk
I know from my own experience when you persistently do small things to feed your mind positive information about your ability to see opportunities, and find time to be grateful for the things you do have in your life your mental make up changes
I have also learned that it is no good setting intentions to do elaborate life changing programs In all probability you will fail, because you have been too demanding on your time and are working on several fronts at once But those small things you do every day build up Before you know it you will have created powerful momentum Once you have momentum you will change your financial situation in no time It is like push starting a car Once it gets going you are fine So, yes financial freedom cone be obtained in five minutes per day and you should start right now What’s stopping you?

One Among Many You re Still YOU
Author : Anita Web Weaver
“There is a destiny beckoning to be lived, and no one else can live it in our stead ”
David Whyte, Poet
Have you ever wondered how it is that we human beings divide ourselves into such diverse career categories?
Some enter medicine; some education; some the military; others the non-profit world or politics and so on What is it that makes us choose such diverse occupations, and search for a clear work purpose in such different ways?
According to the poet David Whyte, choosing and living out a career path may be not so much a matter of training and aptitude as it might be a sense of destiny – meaningful work that is somehow written in souls, given to us as a kind of assignment to do
Of course, this destiny could be carried out in non-work settings, such as in our families, but work seems to be in our blood
Even if we create a movement or a cause from some tragedy, as did John Walsh upon the death of his Son, Adam, work somehow evolves from and within that drive
When it’s wedded to a sense of deep purpose, it may not feel like work But work it is, nevertheless
Candy Lightner founded Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) after her daughter was killed by a drunk driver She became a tireless advocate for more stringent laws against drunk driving
If you asked her, she might not think of what she was doing as ‘work,’ it was a cause But, within that cause, within the drive from her soul, she engaged in work that, for her, had a meaningful purpose and every bit as much career satisfaction as the CEO of any company that was growing by leaps and bounds
The sculptor Rodin was said to cry to his pupils, “Travailler! Travailler! Travailler!” WORK, WORK, WORK! He believed that in the work we do, our souls are revealed and our life purpose emerges And the work we produce reveals some of that purpose
If we apply these ideas to our own lives, we start to look a little deeper
For example, if we are in marketing, we might know our goals, e g , sell more products, and create brand awareness But what is it we are really doing?
We might be creating a path for people to access solutions to some of life’s thorniest problems We might be creating an experience that makes people happy, and so on
A spiritual teacher I once knew said that Shakespeare’s purpose was to strengthen the English language When you think about it, you see how true that is
Even today, hardly any more beautiful or expressive language can be found than in Shakespeare Prior to his ‘work’ English was a rough, inelegant language, lacking the structure needed for full artistic expression Shakespeare changed all that
In a more recent example, the great marketing guru, Dan Kennedy, says that speakers and authors are really in the marketing business Speeches, articles and books are vehicles to broadcast the message
What is it you are expressing in the world? If there are 10 administrative assistants in a small company, each one is expressing something different through her or his work – according to who they are and what they are trying to express in the world
When you are ‘on target’, your expression is soaring and joyful and full Others notice and gain just from being around you
And you do not have to be a great artist or leader for this to happen
I remember an aunt by marriage She was a waitress in a downtown coffee shop in Pittsburgh, PA That woman was poetry in motion
When we would visit her, she would carry on a conversation with us and her customers while taking orders, filling coffee cups and wishing people a good day I’ve never seen anything like it I was in awe of how fluidly and gracefully she moved through all the facets of her job
She became so well known that people regularly came to the coffee shop to participate in and watch this ballet of motion, ease and yes, purpose
No one could have done Aunt Jo’s job but her And no one could have done it in the way she did it
I would not have said she was a waitress I would have said she used her job as a waitress to bring joy and fun and lightness to people’s day
So what is the purpose hidden within your job? What is it that you are doing within your job that no one else can do, even if there are 100 of you doing it?
May you discover your destiny and purpose

How to Stop Blushing Just Why Do We Blush
Author : Trevor Johnson
How to stop blushing is a very common question asked by teenagers and young adults every day of the week The memory of blushing in embarrassment is such a powerful emotion it can last for years and make the sufferers’ life a misery Many people can remember specific instances of blushing decades later
Although embarrassment is about social situations, the physical response is often a furious and uncontrollable blushing because we feel we have lost our self esteem, and made ourselves look stupid The blushing area is most commonly the face and neck and sometimes the upper chest
It is the embarrassment factor of blushing that makes it difficult to control or stop The embarrassment felt over others reactions to your blushing can be crippling This means that blushing can be a vicious circle; you fear a situation where you know you may blush and that fear itself tends to lead to heightened blushing
However before you start to learn to stop blushing remember there are some positive aspects to blushing, it does alert people to how you feel Because as we have said it is psychological you fear blushing and there are certain situations in which you may blush because you are frightened of blushing This is a conditioned response to the fear of blushing
The person who can reprogramme their responses so that they can remove the fear tends to blush less These psychological factors are more prevalent when someone feels they are judged and then criticized or ridiculed As a result of this it is more apparent with total strangers, but for some it can happen within the family situation or with close friends
Over and above the psychological causes for blushing are the physiological causes, or what happens physically when we blush Many psychologists believe that most of human behavior is rooted in our behavior thousands of years ago and what we do now is adaptive behavior from that time When men were hunters they were occasionally faced with danger and they had to decide what to do and this was caused the “fight or flight” response, did they stay and fight or run for their lives
If primitive man made the choice to run the only chance of survival was a speedy exit Therefore the body prepared to respond to the emergency and released adrenaline and also allowed the blood vessels to dilate thereby causing the muscles to get the maximum oxygen and move fast When the blood vessels dilate the blood becomes closer to the surface and the face gets red
Just how to stop blushing is not an easy or necessarily simple answer because of its many causes, but there are certainly a range of options you can try
