If you are sceptical about bold claims like the above I don’t blame you You are probably wondering how anyone can get themselves out of a financial mess which probably took many years to get into? Your scepticism is justified, but wrong
Let me explain: When you do not make headway with financial issues it is not so much due to outside circumstances that are out of your control, but something you are doing inside of your head that makes you miss opportunities or go for the wrong jobs, or business partners Your mind will lead you to doing the wrong things This is the bottom line in a nutshell
So let us hone in a bit more: If you have money problems, you are consistently doing something or even several things that stop you from breaking out of the poverty trap or just moving on to the next level Maybe for you this means getting rid of the mortgage and credit card bills, building residual income or retiring with a decent amount of capital
Yes, you can still do all of these things, even in this climate However, if you are falling into the trap of the victim mindset and believe that you are helpless you will not succeed You see, learned helplessness is one of the biggest traps that stop us from getting out of a fix and make better lives for ourselves
So what must you do to move beyond your present financial trap? It starts with realising for yourself that there is something you are doing right now and you probably have been doing all your life that keeps you trapped in your present circumstances Maybe your financial fortunes are up and down? One year you have plenty of money only to lose it all and struggling like mad for several years until you are financially secure again
This pattern often indicates lack of self worth and self esteem issues as you may feel at a very deep subconscious level that you are not worthy of financial success and financial abundance Perhaps you have a belief that the good things in life, like prosperity are hard to come by, that you need to be very intelligent and lucky to get the financial freedom you admire in other successful people
Not so None of this is true You can change your mindset simply by doing a few small things every day, and yes, it takes only five m minutes Your mindset will soon change from poverty consciousness to prosperity consciousness
How can I say this with such certainty? Because I have been there, done it and got the t-shirt so to speak I am not sitting here writing all this because there is a credit crunch out there and it is a good subject to write about Far from it I have been there and am walking my talk
I know from my own experience when you persistently do small things to feed your mind positive information about your ability to see opportunities, and find time to be grateful for the things you do have in your life your mental make up changes
I have also learned that it is no good setting intentions to do elaborate life changing programs In all probability you will fail, because you have been too demanding on your time and are working on several fronts at once But those small things you do every day build up Before you know it you will have created powerful momentum Once you have momentum you will change your financial situation in no time It is like push starting a car Once it gets going you are fine So, yes financial freedom cone be obtained in five minutes per day and you should start right now What’s stopping you?
